Monthly Meetups
Our monthly meetups are informal gatherings where we step outside our usual Sunday rhythm to share a meal, connect, and build community.
Each month, we meet at a local restaurant to enjoy good conversation and strengthen the bonds that make Wedgewood feel like family.
These meetups are open to everyone, whether you are a longtime Wedgewoodian or just curious about who we are.

Looking for a relaxed way to connect with others? Join us at Optimist Hall, one of Charlotte's favorite gathering places, featuring a wide variety of local food vendors, plenty of seating, and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
Whether you're craving tacos, pizza, dumplings, barbecue, dessert, or something completely different, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Whether you come solo or bring a friend, you'll be welcomed just as you are.
These monthly meetups are intentionally low-key and relational. No agenda. No program. Just space to build community, deepen connections, and spend time together.

WHERE: Optimist Hall (1115 N. Brevard St., Charlotte, NC 28206)
We'll meet in front of Botiwalla at 6:30 PM, then everyone is welcome to grab food from their favorite vendor before we find a place to sit together.
First-time attendees are invited to enjoy dinner on us. Just send us an email at wedgewood.church@yahoo.com beforehand so we know you're coming.
