About the event
Reproductive rights in the United States are at a crossroads. From the overturning of Roe v. Wade to a wave of new state-level bans and restrictions, the right to bodily autonomy is under unprecedented attack. Reproductive justice is about more than access to abortion; it is the ability to make decisions about our bodies, families, and futures with dignity and freedom. Yet millions are now left vulnerable, especially women, LGBTQ+ people, people of color, and low-income communities.
This talk will provide an update on the current state of reproductive rights and justice, highlight the lived realities of those most affected, and explore what justice requires of us in this critical moment. Together, we will consider opportunities for advocacy, solidarity, and collective action in the ongoing fight for reproductive freedom.
