Sunday Service: Irina Hamrick from Charlotte for Ukraine

Charlotte for Ukraine is a volunteer-run nonprofit based in Charlotte, North Carolina, dedicated to supporting Ukrainian refugees and raising awareness about the ongoing war in Ukraine. The organization provides critical resources and assistance to families arriving in the Carolinas, including housing, daycare, healthcare, and employment support.

Wedgewood has a long history of supporting the Ukrainian community. Over the years, we have provided schoolchildren with backpacks, lunch boxes, clothing, and laptops; helped families find furniture and move into housing; and offered financial support for holiday celebrations. Charlotte for Ukraine also joins us each year at our holiday bazaar.
